Thanks, the practice is amazing in general. However, we kinda skipped the upper body… I understand in this practice we made an accent on lower body. But it’s morning program and in the morning we wanna awake our whole body, not only lower part

Thank you Mish for such a gentle and positive practice - I'm not flexible (at all), but with your workouts I don't feel frustrated because of this, I really like to let my body just move and gain strangth and energy. So amazing!
